135sr kelbelco hydraulic problem

Got a 135sr kelbelco cannot get any hydraulic movement
Check lever lock switch and got power to and from the switch not sure where the solenoid vavle is for that switch is ?

There should be a bank of solenoids under the front of the cab. One will be the pilot lock out. It should have a screw that you can back out to bypass it. I will try and get a picture, as its hard to tell which one is what.
