    Hello, I've got an old 490d on my farm and it's been having hydraulic issues. The machine bogs down and starts billowing smoke when you try to run it. If the controls stay below half stroke it seems to run a lot better and the rpms keep up the second you call for full stroke it bogs the motor...

    Hitachi EX 100-3 recent runnability issues

    Our excavator started up the other day and had a very low, sluggish idle. This unit usually starts up great and responds very quickly to the controls. But regardless of what speed you wanted the idle to be, the excavator slowly gained engine RPM's as it warmed up. Then it seemed to be OK...
