    D3C series ii dozer

    Just purchased this D3C that sat for a long while, now has 2400 hours. Significant hydraulic leak around bottom plate under rear of dozer. The plate appears to have two bolts and two welds. Is there any other way into that area or should I break those welds?

    Dozer finishing choice of machine

    So I’m still a bit green on a dozer but the guy I work for keeps giving me a d8 with an angle blade to do finishing work in soft sugar sand. Am I wrong to think this is mental if your expecting a perfect clean finished product?
