    Problem with moba.

    IHatetack, can you go into the controller and tell me if it is on pr.h for (proportional) ,then check and make sure its in (inchs) and not centimeters, this is a starting point so we can fix it. if not we can do it over the phone ok. GRIZ

    Andoman, Looks like your on the right track,The frame work may not have had time to cool before removal from jig.Now you have a tweeted frame, with a new plate its ok till the welds break. With out seeing it thats my best guess. GOOD LUCK WITH CAT

    Mill drum, The city has a new 600 and AI is demoing one . There's 6 new 900's & 4 700's in the northeast just in the last 60 days,another 5 600's out west and down south,haven't had much time to post. they have been running me like a red headed stepchild.

    I setup lots of pavers and mills with moba and topcon,its the cats ass if it is setup right for (your machine) lots of little thing to look at,tp speeds,valves bb or phr,...4 trackers makes it (averging) not set depth. u can pm me any time will help anyone over the phone.

    what kind of mill- roadtec,cat ,cmi ,or the other. if you had system 4 why did you go to system 5. I prefer moba on a mill & tocon on a paver.

    If you are talking about build up on top the track pad trying mounting a spray nozzle on the yoke and lightly mist the track pads should keep the material off. This works very good for cold in place milling, pulverizing not sure, but good luck.
