    AFAIK the DB58t is NOT a rebranded engine. I believe it to be Daewoo designed and built. If i remember right mine even has the Daewoo symbol cast right into the side of the engine block.

    My 98 Daewoo mega 200 has a Jrb coupler, it is the same size as the jrb's on 544H / 544J deere machines. my question is, how are these sized, i coundn't find anything on the JRB website, but i saw on the pemberton website that the JRB couplers were classified like L 200, L 300, L 500 etc...

    I don't know for sure about JD, but my daewoo mega 200 has a starter controller as well as the relay. maybe check the controller as it may be malfunctioning, and double check for loose conections, grounds, etc.

    :iagree I really think the sweet spot with a 7.3l is about 2K rpm, that being said, i know F550's are pretty low geared, so i would say don't rev it over 3500 and you should be good to go.;)

    BTW I forgot to mention that I changed the filter and cut the old one apart. It was clean inside, no metal or clutch material. The fluid is clean and at the correct level.

    If you know any local EMT's or paramedics in your community, you can ask them. My mother is an EMT and I can buy boxes of the medical nitrile gloves for cost. The ones that I like best are called high five gloves. They come up higher on your wrist than regular gloves.
