    Theres a whole bunch of logs like that still in humboldt county C.A. they're just in state parks so when they fall they just get to rot away or they burn down because the under brush is so thick because they have to keep the land natural for political reasons. What a waste of land and timber!!!

    What you use to haul a D3 size dozer

    Ive hauled a d3 with my 2500 dodge and a 20,000 lb gooseneck in some fairly steep logging roads and it did just fine you just have to drive accordingly.

    I operate equipment for a bridge building company.I run any normal equipment dozer,excavator,loader etc. and also run concrete boom pumps.

    IUOE, what is full journeyman wage in your area?

    I think journeyman wages here are around $30-31 an hour.Im located in far northwest C.A.
