sumitomo jcb CAPS throttle calibration, case, linkbelt

Yes getting 0000 on the clock once it aborts the setup. Out of step. Yet during the reset after entering model info the motor cycles in each direction until it sees each ls and parks.. but no errors at this stage. Both these ls are testing good into the motor driver module..behind the main...

sumitomo jcb CAPS throttle calibration, case, linkbelt

Thanks Jeff. Same info im using. When i scroll through the display live rpm is there. I found slightly more detail in the case version which mentions minimum coolant temp for setup to complete. This is also reading ok.

sumitomo jcb CAPS throttle calibration, case, linkbelt

Hi folks, I have a sumitomo era (97) jcb Js160, similar ecu to case , linkbelt. I did an ecu reset as per service manual and now the throttle setup sequence is not completing. I have reset the short spring loaded linkage length that connects to the throttle motor spindle arm. I replaced a...

after the hose fire are you sure the pilot filter is flowing freely. tee into the line going to filter with gauge and check pressure also. The solenoids are for running the preset dig modes controlling engine rpm and pump displacement. the manual isn't too clear on exactly how it does...

    slow cranking causes

cheers Willie, i'd imagine it's pump is within the rear axle casting so a split engine and box effort to remove the drive. Or possibly access through a side plate. I think removing some injectors may be next step to see if it's a cylinder issue

    Travel motor question?

a few things will make the motor blow the low pressure seal, and presurize the final drive planetary box. brake seals failing within the motor or badly worn (slow?) motor where there is excessive leakage or a blocked case drain on the machine. It's important you make sure case drain line is...

    slow cranking causes

yeah went through a lot of combinations on the heavy leads, shorter direct lines from battery to starter terminals etc. 2 batteries in paralel etc.., with a second running vehicle on jumper cables.. fairly certain full current and voltage is being delivered to the starter . thought possibly...

    slow cranking causes

I does seem something like this. I have been dipping the clutch during cranking , and there is an electrical switch at the pedal. Maybe someone can comfirm if there is requirement to also hold down the foot brake on some models,as this is the root cause of the issue I was working on (4wd...

    slow cranking causes

hi, I'm doing some electrical work on my neighbours Case tractor, 150hp 6cyl turbo, MY 1999 Not too familiar with these bigger tractors. There is a gear stick to engage drive, then it's push button to shift etc.. He's only just got it and no manual, so a lot of unknowns here. The battery...

    ex300-3c mistracking and slow swing

there's a lot of funny stuff going on. you mentioned a old issue track running on and not stopping and the pump was changed? was the sticking pedal valve repaired, I'd be checking for internal leakage within this pedal unit. i can't see either how swapping the lines hasn't shifted...

    ex300-3c mistracking and slow swing

i would do some further tests on pilot pressure. tee in at a few different points and compare, mainly right at the valve block. That way you know the signal is getting to the valve block, and you can look then to the high pressure system. Or swap the pilot line for the tracks and see if the...

    ex300-3c mistracking and slow swing

did you check the aux pedal? you said you could see where old cylinder was fitted before on the stick When I had this issue moving the almost seized pedal back fully slowed things right down. So I'd rule out the pedal as it only takes minutes. one track, and swing were most effected...

    ex300-3c mistracking and slow swing

Do you have aux hyrdaulics, breaker or thumb? I had one slow track, slow swing, until I blocked the pilot line to the pedal (tee-ed from the track pedal) ex120-1, twin pumps
