    Yes that is it exactly. Thanks for a quick reply. We used a 1/2" drive torque wrench 14" long set at 100 ft lbs, then 90 ft lbs but the screws kept snapping off. So we went to 3/8" drive 12" long set at its max 80 ft pds and haven't had any problems.

    Shaft is 2" 84,000 and blushing is 2" 105,000. So total 21,000ths on left side and right side is worse.

    Grease Zerts?

    There are no grease zerts on my 1992 d4c series ii and the only place that looks like it could have one doesn't have any threads. The part book shows one zert on the angle cyclinder but nowhere else. Has anyone else noticed this?
