    Komatsu D41-P dumping hydraulic oil in transmission

    The only connection point of hydraulic and transmission oil is the pump. Maybe the shaft seal in the new pump also blown-out (due to pressure difference, originating from other reasons)?

    To kill the combustion, they don't use only EGR, but they retard the injection timing, after Top dead center. Just to get cool combustion, lower temperatures. To get rid of, to balance these inefficiencies, high pressure fuel injection helps us.

    We just installed a gasket at the point shown in picture. We didn't let the exhaust gas to escape atmosphere, didn't create problem, if you've doubts, you can open that pipe to atmospheric pressure.

    I don't have experience on D10/D11 size bulldozers. But we supply to Komatsu, Hitachi and O&K mining excavators (weight more than 200 ton models) undercarriage with one year-unlimited hours warranty, aftermarket (not Berco). Didn't face any problem.
