    Oil filter dry problem

    Oil filter dry problem

We recently picked up a 329D skidsteer from auction and before putting it to work I was doing a full machine service and when I pulled the oil filter off it was bone dry. It ran all day the day before with no issues and oil level is normal. Any ideas? Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance. Tyson

Recently purchased a John Deere skid steer from auction and am giving it a full service before putting it to work. Today I changed the oil filter and it was bone dry when I removed it. Anyone have any idea why that would be ?
