    Well I got it. We warmed the whole rear up, and all of a sudden a pop, and was free.im thinking a ton of water inside froze. This spring will redo the seals and brakes.thanks so much for the idea, she’s running awesome

    Wiring a regulator

    So, from what I figured out the hi reading was my multimeter , the gauge on machine is reading hi , but I checked back of gauge terminals and the battery and I am at 13 volts .i guess that will do , and appreciate all the help , great forum .
