    jcb P0400 egr code 260 loader

    Anyone have experience fixing this fault on jcb. It has 3000 hours on it. I have removed egr cooler thinking it was restricted but it was clean , ports in manifold are open. The actuator works and I verified flow when butterfly opens into exhaust. The exhaust pressure sensor tube is not blocked...

    Mine only leaks intermittently, haven't had to add in a year! I am sure it's the gasket under timing cover,big job!

    I am impressed, my dad has been fighting his old bobcat 2400 articulated loader for at least a month. It had the inj pump rebuilt years ago, twice!. It recently died abruptly in my yard. He put a new lift pump on after finding screen plugged. New fuel filter,etc. I call Mike on my dads behalf...

    Cat 416c IT steering cylinder removal?

    I replaced the inner tie rod, mine had a torn boot and was hard to turn . I feel it was side loading the rod at times,sort of binding. Seal kit from the yellow god was ridiculous . 220$ . Inner tie rod was 50 off of amazon.

    Auction Backhoe - 4x4 missing front drive shaft

    I witnessed several turds with serious problems bring retail at rb in Chicago 6 months ago. Blows me away what people paid for stuff needng lots of work. I guess I overpaid for my turd too but hopefully some sweat equity will bail me out over time. I love having it even if it just sits mostly.

    Auctions are bringing retail on deere or case backhoes every time I see them. Too bad for buyer but they should have looked,probably company checkbook or farmers new toy. Good luck with your search.

    Ok, I will get the housing and gasket, I owe it to you and the forum to try whats recommended. I have a feeling it's deeper. It was sold to me very low on coolant, heater did work though.

    The lower housing that holds the thermostat, the upper part is plastic that holds thermostat into lower housing.

    Thanks for getting back to me! I pulled lower housing,found no sign of gasket failing,had no replacement gasket so I used powerstroke rtv. That leaves me with no answers, I know. Next I got new o ring for plastic and added sealant,tried that still leaking sometimes, never while it's running...
