    Kenworth W900 Steering Hard

I would try putting a washer or two behind the relief valve spring under that plug before I spent any money . If it changes it for the better, put a gauge on it and set it at the 165 bar on the chart . You may even be able to buy the correct heavier spring .

    Sumitomo 120-3 problems

I would also check the large rubber hose that comes from the Hydraulic tank and joins up with the bottom of the pump . They can get soft and suck flat when they warm up . They can also delaminate inside and a flap or bubble in the wall of the hose can form and restrict the flow . The "grinding...

    Sumitomo 120-3 problems

I would check in your Hydraulic tank for foamy, aerated Hydraulic oil . If you have an air leak on the suction side of the pump, this will aerate the oil . This is the same as having air in your brake fluid in your car, spongy brake pedal with extra effort needed to apply the brakes . If you are...

What do you think about the Korean Excavators

Mine is Chinese , the fit and finish on the cabin is typical Chinese but the rest of the machine is good . Parts are not a problem , most of the clones have American Cummins engines , Jap Kawasaki pumps , Toshiba swing motors and HyDash final drives . Hoses , undercarriage , pins/bushes , slew...

How cold is your climate ? Maybe the oil is a little heavy for your area .

Has anyone else seen this happen?

The operator has pushed the tree sideways with the slew until it started to lean over to the left and then grabbed the tree from the top of the trunk , as it fell on it's arc it has twisted the stick . I do tree work every day with mine and I can see it in my head what has happened .

    Quick Attach Attachments?

My Quick Attach Eagle Talon is the best piece of gear I have ever bought . Slashing Fire trails is always full of little surprises . These two huge trees had fallen and blocked the trail . 1 hour later I had it cleared , it is unbeatable for clearing brush . Push them over , pick them up at 90...

    Pulling seized pins

Why do they need to be removed ? Are they worn badly or just tight in operation because of the lack of grease ? If the latter , you could drill a hole in the pin boss and fit a grease nipple so you can get some grease in there . Give them a work up and down and shoot some more in .

    Pulling seized pins

This is a huge and dangerous task for someone who is not confident on how to do it . Trying to utilise a bit of text from a screen into a real world job as dangerous as this is fraught with danger . If I where doing it myself I would do one side at a time so the loader frame is always held...

How to take a bridge down in 3 minutes!

Can the boom also be separated at that point so it can be swapped for a long reach arm for tall demolition work ?

How to take a bridge down in 3 minutes!

How is the video made ? It is obviously a fixed camera but how is it done ? Is it a time lapse camera or is it an edited video ? It can't be a speeded up version of the full 24 hours surely , it would have to run at light speed to show 24 hours in 3 minutes .

    Saw a Zaxis 200 with a blade...

Sometimes you need to stick a thin Phillips screw driver up the hole after you undo the drain plug . Sediment blocks the hole and stops the flow . Undo it completely , sometimes there is a ball bearing on a seat that gets jammed . Post a couple of times in the Test thread , after three posts...

I have seen your posts in a different forum trying to find the cause . Is the top of the track leaning in or is the bottom of track splayed out making it look like they are leaning in ? What is the attachment arrangement between the trackframes and body ? Do you have some pictures ?
