Medium Truck Tire comparision GY G622 VS. RM253 VS. XDS2

Been running "E" rated tires on a various 10 ton g/n trailers for the last 20 years. Trailer says 85 psi max per tire, I've kept 70-75 and never overheated or blown a tire for thousands of miles. In my opinion you only need max psi if you are at max capacity for the tire. Now "G" rated tires...

Medium Truck Tire comparision GY G622 VS. RM253 VS. XDS2

Just bought a new 12' Dodge 5500 4x4. Has Continental tires. It came with 85 psi front and 75psi in the rear tires. Door sticker says 95 psi. Now run 90 psi all the way around. Pulling a g/n at 21k lbs. Should I decrease a little psi?

Hourly Rates For Bobcat T-870 and Forestry attachment

Before I bought a machine I did a certain amount of research concerning rates in my area. Compare others in your area by calling and asking as if you were a potential customer. With the higher fuel prices I'd be looking at distance and the size of job.The $500 min. better be like a next door...

    John Deere 85D

After I got home that day I looked up the specs and realized the salesman did not know the hyd flow, or wanted me to buy the 120 because they had one on the lot. Just doing a little research that day hoping the mulching biz would eventually pick up. I would definitely consider a 75 or 85 for...

    John Deere 85D

mulcher head on a deere Went to Tallahassee Deere dealership 6 months ago and they said 120 was the smallest excavator for mounting a mulcher head of any type. They said 75 or 85 did not offer high flow. I'm thinking maybe Kubota kx080.

It is named Avon Park Bombing Range in Avon Park FL. Haha,I guess you would think the bombs could clear everything themselves. Only thing was they mostly used practice bombs that had a small blackpowder charge to make a puff of smoke when they hit the ground. Some were 2 ft some were 12ft long...

    Super Trak

The Super Traks are a very well built machine and I'd love to own one but, the 320 is a good all around machine for my needs. No matter what you buy, they all have their good and bad points.

    Kubota KX080 Anybody have one?

The 080 is supposed to be a top of the line machine. I would like to hear more opinions about the Kubota 080 and Tak 175. Looking at mulching with a FAE or similar head maybe 32" wide. Anyone know how much extra it costs to add the hi-flow?

    Newbie Maintenance Questions ....

Hey Gixxer600, On my t320, it has 22 grease fittings all the way around. It takes about 10 qts of oil. Checking track adjustment should be a big priority too. Your 300 is almost identical to the 320.

    Genie or JLG question

They can get tall but they are in the 45ft range now. Worked as an electrical lineman 5 years so that exp. will come in handy with trees, saw, etc. I'm pretty sure the s-40 could handle the trees, and definetly the barn roof. Pics will be before, during, after. Yee haw!

Thanks ATCOEQUIP, Next weekend I'm renting the genie s-40 4x4 w/diesel engine.I have several large hickory trees close to my house .The chainsaw with rope would be too risky from the ground.Barn loft roof needs some tlc also. Let me know if you come across any good used 4x4 models in the 40ft...
