    Operator manual for pc35-mr2

Hello all! My father in law just purchased an 06 komatsu pc35-mr2 serial number 9873. Does anyone happen to have a pdf of the operators manual for this machine? I suspect that it may be a grey market machine, but I don’t know for sure. Is there a way to find out by the serial? I’ll try the...

    Massey ferguson mf4607 hjm70301

We brought in an identical tractor and compared voltages and ground signals and everything is the same between the two. Our local dealer says there may be a diode in the harness that has failed and is causing the ecm to think that the park brake is applied. Anyone else have any of these...

    Massey ferguson mf4607 hjm70301

We have a massey 4607 with some weird brake pedal switch issues. When you depress the pedal the park brake light comes on and the buzzer goes off while in gear. We have replaced the switches and no change. Does anyone have a schematic for this machine? I have ordered a manual from agco pubs...

    Cat AP555E Ventilation system

I have done a few of those lol, not much fun. The ap1000s are much easier. We had a bunch of them on our E models that blew the motors apart. Found out there was a svc bulletin on the aux hydraulic pumps and they would get stuck at full stroke and blow the ventilation motors. Was quite the...

    Shaky steering cylinders

We unplugged the coils on the valve and it stopped, replaced both coils and it still had same problem. Turns out the solenoid valve was faulty. It was "fluttering" and causing the cylinder to shake. Replaced them on every paver that shook and fixed every one of them. Now we have a feedback...

    Shaky steering cylinders

We have an ap1000f, serial ac400179 that the steering cylinder shakes back and forth with no input from the steering wheel?? Steering sensor is calibrated and reading correctly, and there are no fault or event codes. Several of our f model pavers do this, but this one is quite violent and is...

    272C Joystick Problem

Are there any fault codes? If your machine has a display hold the function button and the up button for a few seconds and it should go into service menu. If I remember correctly mode 1 is active diagnostic codes and mode 3 is active event codes.

    Cat F model pavers

We have several 1000f’s. They are fairly complicated to work on but the operators seem to like them. Ours have the se60 screeds which are ok, but have had a lot of heating elements fail.

    Komatsu wa320-5

i am working on a wa320-5 that randomly throws three codes. The serial number is a32942. Dx19kz. Motor 1 solenoid system Dx20kz. Clutch solenoid system Dw26kz. motor 2 solenoid system I found some info online that showed some continuity checks and resistance measurements but not very...

    Tool help

I don't have a Matco guy so I don't have anything matco. The mac guy we used to have gave up the mac brand and now sells gear wrench for double what it retails for plus interest, so the only tool man I will deal with is the snap on guy....when he actually shows up. I have so many broken mac...

    Tool help

A good set of angle wrenches can be a life saver.....there are a lot of cheap sets on amazon but i prefer the snap on because the angles are a little different. I have a mix of different socket brands, most 1/4 and 3/8 are snap on. Most of my 1/2 is gearwrench. I have chrome 6 and 12 point...

    Case cx130 problem

check the banjo bolts on supply line and see if there is a screen in one of them. The fuel shutoff solenoid also sounds like a good posibility. If it's a 3 wire pull type solenoid you should have power to one of the wires with the key on, and power to 2 wires when cranking. One is to pull the...

    2005 Freightliner M2 Allison w/ Cat C7 - Tranny acting up

I would just tee into the pressure line at the head instead of deadheading. It would probably be worth having someone with cat et hook up and compare the pressure you get with what the ecm is seeing thru the iap sensor

D6c cat loss of oil pressure

You shouldn't be able to blow air thru the nozzle.......like kshansen said swap nozzle to another cylinder and see if problem misfire follows. Algae does grow in diesel somehow, many of our machines have had algae issues. I have also had fuel caps not venting cause similar problems. Would run...

    2005 Freightliner M2 Allison w/ Cat C7 - Tranny acting up

Google told me it was low voltage detected at fuel shutoff solenoid

    Drive train extremely sluggish

We had a similar problem with one of our machines and it was a shorted wire on the throttle pedal. When the ecm senses a fault it limits the machine speed

    Injection pump

So after a new fnr control, new injection pump, lift pump, fuel lines, filters, voltage protection module, numerous blown hyd hoses, timing cover, crank seal, water pump, and a whole lot of bad words the loader runs perfect and moves in all gears again.......TGIF hahahahaha

    The FULL Story..

Also been called out more times than I can remember to a machine with dead batteries that turned out to be a master switch that was never turned on, or a machine that wasn't in neutral.
