2005 310G- How do I take off electric parking brake if switch is not responding?

If you have the earlier G model transmission with the control valve on top the problem may be a plugged transmission vent. Located on the top of the bell housing to the left side. When the transmission vent is plugged thermal expansion causes the transmission oil to be forced out the dip stick...

    490D lost joystick sensitivity

Check the that hold the handle to the control valve. If the plate that pushes on the valves is backed off you would have to push the handle further to activate a function.

    490E DP sensor problems

P.S. If you are not getting any fluctuation from the DP sensor you could swap it with the other DP sensor, they are the same. If you don't get a good reading from a know good sensor there could be a problem with the flow sensor valve. This is the valve that the DP sensor reads. It is basically...

    490E DP sensor problems

Haley, What you are looking for is high voltage when the controls are in neutral and low voltage when you activate a function. Check voltage between the black wire and the center wire, usually white. There should be close to five volts between the two out side wires on the connector.

    Priority flow control valve

The pump flow comes in at port #8. Flows through orifice 4 to the check valve at the charge valve. Tees out at the charge valve spool and goes down to the park brake valve, hand pump check check valve, ( to release the park brake in case of pump failure), to the brake accumulator. The brake...

    850c not going straight

Check the steering rotory sensor. If it is faulty the voltage could be changing when steering back to straight and the controller would take it as a good value and not set a code.

Hydraulic Pump Noise on Deere 450CLC

Just a quick note. I have noticed when the system relief and the circuit relief are close to the same pressure they pop off together and cause a terrible noise from the harmonics. You may want to check pressures on your dig functions.

Bleed down on cylinders on a New (45 hour) backhoe?

Just be glad it was the ground the bucket was resting on and not a kid. You should never leave equipment unattended with buckets or booms in the air.

    Deere 650H Codes

The F324 code indicates a missing CAN message from the Transmission Controller Unit (TCU). The Throttle, and the Decel, are inputs to the transmission controller which in turn broadcast the throttle position signal over the CAN to the Engine Control Unit (ECU). You can try calibrating the...

John deere 992 DLC smoking problem

Try checking the intake manifold gaskets at the head. Look at them close. Use a mirror and look under the manifold at the head. Those gaskets get blown out and the engine will smoke black and fall on it's face when a load is put on. It was a common problem on those engines. The engine...

What's needed to use hammer on Kobelco SK300 LC?

Too many variables. Depends if you want strictly a one way circuit, as for a hammer, or add a diverter valve for bidirectional operation to add a pulverizer or shear. There are different pilot systems available for setting flow rates. You have to contact HKX for advice as to the kit you...

What's needed to use hammer on Kobelco SK300 LC?

I'm a big fan of HKX. They have complete kits, including pilot system. I have installed lots of them and they have great tech support. One of the easier and most complete kits to install.

Problem with transmission on a John Deere 210LE

There is only the one vent on the transmission. I can't think of any other way the transmission oil would come out the filler tube. If the transmission is not over filled and the vent is clear. You could try removing the vent while testing to see if the vent could possibly be faulty.

Problem with transmission on a John Deere 210LE

I am curious. Where is the power steering pump on the 210LE. The transmission sounds as if the vent is plugged and it is building pressure.

John Deere 410E backhoe parking brake keeps coming on when it is moving

Check your transmission vent. Located on top of the bell housing on the left side. If this vent is plugged it will force the transmission oil out the dipstick tune due to thermal expansion. With the transmission oil low the transmission pressure will drop and the park brake will apply.

    John Deere 310 SG

Clean the vent on the top of the transmission. Located on the top to the left. You can see it if you look in from the left side of the engine, however there is usually dirt that obscures it. Thermal expansion will cause oil to blow out of the dipstick tube. Clean around the vent and remove...

    EX400LC-3 Hydraulic problem

Hey Scrapper, You might check the speed sensor. It can effect both pumps. Typically the speed sensor on the -3 will get debris on it from the starter. Sometimes if you clean it off and reinstall it will do the trick, if it is not damaged.
