    Need help with a 1984 Clark 75B Cummings V-504-C

Not sure what you mean by rim leak. I assume you mean the air is leaking ? You need to replace the o-ring. I did create myself a simple tool based on the one below. If you dont mnd the money buy it, those o-rings need to be replaced once in a while ( Nr 9 in attached document, make sure you get...

    55 Michigan Transmission woes

Was this issue resolved ? I had similar issues. I did put 3 gauges on the TC to check what is going on. There was enough pressure but not enough flow ! Main issue was the filter in the gearbox, I did also replace the filter which sits between the TC and the pump. Last but not least, check...

Specs/Manual to rebuild Clark/Michigan 55B loader front differential

I got the front differential on my wheel loader out and the gears are heavily rusty and pitted. So I need to rebuild it which is close to impossible without having specs/manual. There are usually special procedures on getting the pinion and wheel aligned. Anybody can help ? Joe

Slipping boom brake on P&H TC440

Thanks for the reply, but this is not the case for the P&H crane. Once the break is released and the pawls kick in, the boom can't run. You can even unmount the break and the boom won't run IF the pawls work correctly. As I mentioned in my last post, it is super critical to have those pawl axles...
