    325D to 330D Bucket Compatibility

I cant say for sure, but with out 329dl (newer version of the 325dl) ive picked up buckets from one of our 330cl's. both had cat hydraulic pin grabbers. i know the 330 cant pick up the 329's buckets. There is a little space on either side of the 330's buckets when on the 329. Hope this helps.

    Clank Clank Clank

You must not run a sewer machine. Or, have any inclination for safety. In my opinion.

    Clank Clank Clank

Hey guys, Just a quick one. Since dirt works has come to a halt, with over 3 feet of snow on the ground, Im running a sewer machine. My question is what do you do about the constant clank of the swivel hook and little piece of chain that hangs off the eye. If you know what i mean. For me i...

what happend to shifty420 on youtube

Work really hasn't slowed down out this way, typical winter slow down. We loose 20 % in production during the winter time and generally lay off guys who aren't exactly the bread winners. As for burnout and Vantages there busy im sure. But you tube has allot of critics, everyone is a judge. I...

Low power and lots of smoke(complete overhaul)D6H

Could it be the fuel pump out of time. When ripping the fuel pump off did you time it to the right setting? Some have two positions where you turn the motor over until the pin slides into the crank on the pump. Positions are usually at one and five. Lets say it wasnt timed right than this...

    quarry reclamation

Jim, good to see you guys are busy. From the sounds of it, work is hurting in the states. I notice the 345 with the hammer has some oil on the undercarriage, and if the hammer is junk is it time to take her to the auction? The 980 looks a little different with the A.I paint, but i like it...

Who runs C-B's in there equipment?

All very valid points. Interesting to hear, With the good comes the bad. This is how we run our set up, Off road trucks run channel 12, Loaders 13, Hoes run 14 between them and 19 when trying to deal with on roaders, the dozers run 15 but generally are on 12 yelling at the rock trucks for...

Who runs C-B's in there equipment?

Just out curiosity who runs C-B's in there equipment? We run them in all of our gear, and i like it. I think communication is key when you have morons working with you. Besides that i like verbal over confusing hand signals. And the boss says, for what there worth there a big asset. For...

    Folding Dozer Blade

Foldable Blade Designed to conform to the 3 m (9.8 ft) width transportation limit without blade removal. Allows a section on the left end of the blade to fold forward into transportation position. Im an idiot some times, but regardless of that this information has come to my attention...

    Folding Dozer Blade

Correct me if im wrong here, but are there not two plates welded on the back side of that blade where if it pivoted forward those plates would stop that? Or am i confusing the pivot points, and the wing pivots from more towards the center of the blade?

    Folding Dozer Blade

It seems to me that the blade wing folds back. What leads me to this conclusions is the tractor is a 6 lgp meaning its darn wide as is plus the blade tips sticking out, good by light standards when its on the float. In the conexpo thread theres a D6K with the same deal, I will have to...

    who makes the BEST dozer

Ok here is what i think. For me finish/trim dozer-ing is all about feel in the seat. Take this for example, the new dx 51 has its cab justified to the front of the tractor, while the old Cat C's,B,s and G's have you sit in the back. To me this gives me a better sense in the seat when i need...
