    Cummins PT240 what the actual....

Basically an NT855 small cam. Lowest power I believe from that series. I need to confirm from Cummins the exact spec for overhead adjustment as online specs seem to vary subject to model so I used the original spec "for now" till I get the correct spec. Fuel looks relatively clean, it's likely 8...

    Cummins PT240 what the actual....

I'm going up the wall a little here ... In the process of resurrecting a 1986 Paystar 6x6 with a Cummins PT240. Essentially I have little or no time for Cummins and the mincy 7LL transmission but trying to feel out the platform. After rewiring all the lights and essentials I chased up a cold...

    More of a rant....

That old ford is sub zero cool... Agree with many of the points you guys have said Undoubtedly by the end of the week I'll have ordered them since the exchange will kill me bringing anything across the border. And as much as I'll whine about it for another couple weeks, I wouldn't change my...

    More of a rant....

Truck is a 2001 Freightliner FL80 Oilfield spec Don't get me wrong.... It's a deadly unit. Walks places most can't. I've sent a couple emails. Not too keen on a complete used axle (which I found) as who knows how worn it may be. I shouldn't complain that much as the truck has paid for itself...

    More of a rant....

More of a rant.... So whose idea was it to build a 4wd service truck... As cool and as able as it may be I just priced up replacement steer axle shafts... 5k a side.... And 3-4 months away. Seriously. I do like my truck but really....?! Someone give me some wisdom Marmon Herrington MT17

    D10R AKT VIDS question

Noticed this the other day ... VIDs ECM shows no reference of hours. Not sure why this would be but likely is why they don't show on the dash ? Any ideas?

I do. It's full of even weirder people who don't actually exist. I also don't know how it works or how it's is shut down.

    Harris Blade/Raygo Giant

Not intentionally resurrecting a years old post but here is that machine. A couple batteries, inflate some tires, drain water and prime filters, and it was pushing dirt. Real cool to keep unique and rare equipment alive like this. To those who invited me to help I thank you. Volunteering helping...

    D10R AKT VIDS question

Not yet I did try disconnecting the control group on the pillar. No change. The machine was down the last four days or so waiting for the ATAAC coolers to be cleaned and tested. I'm putting it back together now so once it's running I'll read into it again...

    D10R AKT VIDS question

I've got a D10R AKT00499 with the vids monitor on the dash and control group on the r/h pillar. Usually the machine hours are on the display beneath the LCD tacho. For whatever reason they are not shown and I've been through every option to view. I can only get hours through ET, which is fine...

    Boosting stuff, 12 and 24v

Looking for everyone's input regarding boosting equipment. Pretty much everything from a 12v pick up, gravel trucks etc to medium sized 24v equipment. Komastu diagnostic software

Next question Can mechanical system abnormalities be cleared? I have an active L01 fault, DEF injectior. Overheat warning. Which to my understanding means the operator has shut down thee unit without cooling down more than a few times. I believe it just needs resetting ?
