    If I remember correctly the 580's up to 580k has quick couplers to hoe under rear of tractor for removing hoe .May one became disconnected?could get hyd pressure gauge on it and see if for hi pressure when cranking but crane speed for be very slow?

    w 18 brake are not a max type brake, only brake is manual transmission brake the hyd tank is air pressurized and if the pump was removed because of air psi problem could hyd tank cover is loose.
