    Do you hear the battery relay click on and off when u turn the key on and off? If so then alternator. If not it will be in the battery relay circuit.

    The sol with 3 hoses to it between swing motor and battery box is the free swing sol. Swing brake sol is in pump compartment at the front wall 1/3 way up closest to engine and should be 50 ohms.

    1/3 throttle in neutral it should pull down to 45 degrees f but if idling won't go much lower than 65 I'd imagine

    Sit in seat. Right hand console. At the back of it there's a cover. Pull it off. There's 3 switches pump emergency drive swing release and can't remember the other the top 2 are locking switches the bottom is a momentary, lift and hold switch up that will tell you ifit's eletrrical or hyd issue.

    I haven't seen anything overly common with them, other than what john c stated.. I personally haven't run one, I've moved them around for repair purpose but that's about it, however operators I talk to like them better than same vintage of competition due to ride quality.

    Komatsu wa250 transmission issue

    -3 has brake oil res. -5 uses hyd / hst oil. That trans only holds what 2 gal if even? I've seen output seals do what your describing because when the shaft spins and oils swashing around it just spits the oil out. And it won't leak just sitting iirc due to shafts being above oil level.

    Washing hands.

    I'm tires of those "waterless" pumice filled hand cleaners leaving myhands sandy feeling for a few wipes, thinking of building a small water supply with a 2-3 gal res. and using a washer fluid pump to rinse my hands off. Anyone tried this? Ideas? Suggestions? Thanks derek.

    Well the left motor shaft is going to replaced so I will have to calibrate.. Now the question is, do I need to have the dealer do it or can I do it via the machine monitor like komatsu?

    Left brake seals failed, burnt brakes, then destroyed splines from motor to brake. Hauled both motors and brake packs out, just wondering if it will need to be re calibrated once motors are put back in? Thanks. Derek.
