    Sany

There is a lot of the Sany rubbish in forestry in Australia and they are just that, cheap rubbish, cracks in booms after no time bolts coming loose poorly put together and terribly uncomfortable they would be in my opinion at the bottom of the heap for serious excavators and you pay for what...

If you have a replacement final drive just pull the whole final drive out as one and replace that way, we did both final drives on our Kato HD 800 a few years back.

    SANY EXCAVATOR

All the time when stowing packs of logs down in the hatch of ships, when I worked at the Port to fill the void spots and corners under the coming on ships you are required to track and push the pack of logs in whilst the crane swings them, I also do it more than often with our 30 tonner whilst...

    Excavator for Forestry Mulching

A lot of contractors here in Australia run the dash 9 Hyundai Robex Excavators very reliable and robust and plenty of power with the big cummins motor. We have a 2016 model 30 tonner which spends a lot of time pushing over old massive Cypress trees and can't complain!

    komatsu pc50

Yeah can not say I would know much about mini final drives but we are currently fixing the same problem on our 30 tonne machine where hydraulic fluid is leaking into the heavy duty gear oil side, turns out its a broken swash piston and seal and turned into quite a big job to repair as the...

    komatsu pc50

I am not sure what size machine you have but for 20 plus tonne Excavators final drive's, the gear oil is heavy duty SAE 85 -140, maybe your problem is using to light an oil ?

Slow slew once worked hard for a few hours

Thank you uffex, its not so much grinding as more slow, stop the go a bit. When the machine is cold for first 2 or 3 hours it slews as smooth as, only when it seems to get hotter and under load.

Hi everyone, wondering if anyone can help ? yesterday after shifting tons of heavy clay and dirt say around 3 or 4 hours when grabbing a full bucket of dirt and slewing at the same time the slew became very slow and weak almost grinding like. Once the machine had cooled down for a while it...
