Does anyone on here have any idea when Kubota will release the 97-3 model?

    bobcat depth check system

Most Cat dealers only have a handle full of machines(if any)with the trimble set up and they are typically bigger machines, all minis are only installed if ordered. Because of the sensor sizes and locations(and wiring), the smallest machine they put it on is a 304 and up. When I bought my...

    bobcat depth check system

Trimble that they put on the Cat machines is around $10,000 to $16,000, depending on the system. I'll take a couple laborers over that any day of the week. Bobcat system looks like a generic version of the Trimble, and if its the same quality as Bobcat minis, you can keep it.

John Deere 323e or Takeuchi TL8 or TL10

Well you should be all good then. Good luck with everything. Just don't go over on the weight hauling on the trailer, 14,000-3050=10,950 payload.

John Deere 323e or Takeuchi TL8 or TL10

Kubota 95 at 11,500+- + trailer 5000lbs+- + truck 9000+- = 25,500lbs(I think you will be higher then 26,000 when added up with true numbers).any attachments will put you over 26,000. What's the point of farm plates if you can't go over 26,000???

John Deere 323e or Takeuchi TL8 or TL10

That was a quick reply, on the road... What I mean by that is if you get a bigger truck or trailer you will still stay under 38,000. My 20,000 gvwr GN trailer and my SRW Ram 3500(12,300gvwr), put me at 32,300 combination weight. Even the newer dualies at 14,000+- gvwr and a trailer similar to...

John Deere 323e or Takeuchi TL8 or TL10

Go with the heavier weight, it won't hurt and if you ever get a newer truck with a higher GVWR you will still be ok.

Thank You. The machines have low hours on them in my opinion, never idling(lol). The 80 has almost 1100hrs and the 40 has around 600hrs, both machines are great and holding up well. The 40 will probably go soon, doing most of my smaller jobs with the Cat, and the only thing I don't like about...

In all honesty, I would try to stay under CDL territory, even if you plan on getting a Class A. If you don't need a CDL, don't get one, you will then have to get a US DOT number, medical card updated every 2 years, audits from the state to check your CDL testing(if it is a company) etc etc,, a...

Thanks Guys, This is my first Cat piece of equipment and I am very happy with it. I chose it over the Tak 260 and the Kubota Kx-057 (both are very similar specs of My Cat with the long arm) because of the minimal tail on it, the others are conventional and I already have 2 of them. The Kubota...

John Deere 323e or Takeuchi TL8 or TL10

What he said^,, you have to watch your trailer axle weights and also (which dot will check) your trucks rear axle weight so your not over on that with too much tongue weight. Definitely email Gatormade and get the weight of that trailer, they are good guys there, I'm running one of their...

New Cat 305.5e2, older Kubota KX-080, KX-040. I really like this Cat Mini, tons of power and so smooth.

You will need a heavier trailer. A 14k BP deckover Trailer will probably weigh close to 5k, lets say even on the light side at 3500lbs, 3500+11,000+ is over the trailer gvwr(ticket/fine). Some trailers have a 16,100 lbs rating which would be better but if your truck gvwr is 10,000, your...

Pics of the KX121(I demo'd before purchase of the 040) and the KX040-4 next to each other, same boom and arm, just updated cosmetics and cab interior on the 040 and a tier4 engine. Pic of the trailer unloaded.

The Kubota is a 14' KX040-4, which is replacing the kx121. I love it, the new cab is very comfortable compared to the outdated 121 cab and the specs are about the same as the 121 but with a couple more HP. The machine was $64,000,US, with cab, air/heat, radio , 4way blade, and a 18",24" and 30"...

    How to secure mini excavator

Secure each corner of the machine with a separate binder and chains(total of 4), and use a strap or chain for the bucket/boom movement. Position your machine on the trailer so your tow vehicle isn't squatting to much, it will give for a bad ride and bring attention to DOT real quick. Just a...
