If it locked you out and failed to start its likely due to a failure to ignite when the computer attempted regen. If you are going to go taller with your poles you might want to look into fabricating some stronger mounts, the clamps in your picture look like they might be some sort of plastic? Over time they might not hold up with the stress from the taller poles. If I get around one of our D6K's I will... -

Cat IT24F transmission problems
Ironic you should bring this up a mechanic that used to work for the company I do pulled the control valve apart on an IT24 for this exact reason and after he gave up I got out to it, turned out it had a bad connection at the trans ECM fuse holder the entire time. Parking brake will not release on a d4-g

Fleet management software
We use software called equipment 360 made by HCSS its a good program and should be able to offer you all the capability's your looking for but I think its pricey. Not sure how much as I just use it.- tekemp

I personally don't have any experience with the Milwaukee guns but I have not heard anything bad about them, and yes I would recommend and 3/8 cordless impact and 3/8 swivel sockets I know I use them a lot! Also for electrical trouble shooting you can't beat a power probe! As far as service... -
