    Hitachi zx35u - new thumb, need couplers

    Be careful, the Hyd pressure on your machine according to specs is 3553 Psi and the thumb Cyl is only rated to 2500 Psi. Need to check the machine thumb valve and see if it has a adjustable relief on it.

    You do have the track off of the ground when trying to push it in ? as You said you were trying to push it in with the bucket, which means it was not being used to tilt up the mini to get the weight off of the track.

    I made one for my TB125. Just used flat steel bar and welded some tabs on back that the bucket teeth fit between and used some bolts through the tabs to clamp on to the teeth. Easy on Easy off

    Far as I can tell, when you join the wires at the solenoid, it just bypasses the arm switches which means the switch is not working. That is how I discovered that my arm switch connector was off. My TB125 has a left and right arm switches (No Cab) and both have to work. Do you have power coming...

    I had the left lever lock switch connector at back of the arm rest become dis connected on my TB125. After jumping the solenoid I was checking the arm switches and found the loose connector.

    The lever lock valve on my 2005 TB125 is located on the Hyd Pump. There is a unplugged bypass connector taped to the wire harness running under muffler above pump. It is hard to find as mine was wrapped in tape. I found mine when I had problem with a lever lock switch as I thought it was the valve.

    I was looking at the Tb180 Operators manual and they show the curved links from the stick to the hyd cylinder attachment and bucket link as being curved opposite to what yours are. Maybe yours are installed backwards.

    The Hydraulic oil cooler is mounted in front of the radiator, is it clean and how hot does your Hydraulic oil get ? as the heat from oil cooler passes thru the radiator.

    Takeuchi TB125 bucket search help

    There is a hole near the allen bolt that you have to put a small rod or thin bladed screw driver to release a internal latch, before the cab will tilt. On my 2005 TB125 the hole is between the letters TB and numbers 125.
