    Tinkerer, Thanks. I will take the valve to NAPA and see if they have an overhaul kit. The shop air suggestion is a good one, that's how I found my problem. Shimmy, Thanks for your input. I agree it sounds like it is frozen (perhaps some corrosion).

    Iantraxco - It exhausts without activating the parking brake release. I exhausts continuously unless I press the brakes. If I hold in the brakes it will build pressure until they are released.

    I just purchased a Case 680E, which has air brakes. I fixed the leaks in the air lines that I could find and replaced the e-brake valve. The brakes do no grab as good as the should. They will stop the machine if it is in nuetral, but not in gear. I think they need adjusted, but I don't know...
