yes im from belgium and i work for an official dealer of giant. my opinion is that they are very reliable only 1 con if you turn with a load on the pallet fork or an other att it will fall on its side but this can be helped with the stabilo pack witch we invented and patented but you can order...- didden6

the brand :Giant are much better but you have to take the stabilisator pack because all machines that turn in the middle loos their balance wen you turn with weight on the pallet fork but they are very strong and durable- didden6

battery lead becomes very very hot while forklift operates.
And check the water - acids level the bad cell usually has almost no water because it boils out- didden6

genie lift not holding charge
IT could be oxidation so you try to lift or drive and check the voltage if it drops a lot it is a bad connection it is easy to try and effective but measure it directly on the electric engine I had this problem withe a 2662 genie lift- didden6
