I have a 310G service manual and didn't realize it till just recently. Im sure allot of things are the same but for one the hydraulic control valves are way different on my "F" then in my "G" service manual. So anyone have one they want to get rid of? Or know where to download one? I hate to... -

I just realized my manual is a 310g. But my tractor is a 310f. The parts manual I have is for a 310f. So I guess the service manual is not the correct one. Which explains why some things look different. But everything matches in the parts manual. SO anyone have a 310f manual? -

Ok thanks Mitch. So making 3/4" hard (steel) lines isn't something one can do on their own? I have a hydraulic type pipe bender that goes up to 2-3" or so. I believe there is a 3/4" die/round attachment for it. My thought was to get an 1/8" or 1/4" round stock 8 ft or so and make the bends... -

So I scored this 480 backhoe for my dozer, now I just have to figure out how to mount it. It has the mounts on there from the guy I got it from which are skid steer mounts. In my manual it shows a mounting arm/bracket like the pics below. Anyone know where I may find a used set... -

I went to local hydraulic shop today and got the one made, cost 40 bucks. But the gal said I had reuseable fittings on my hoses. I never knew they had suck a thing. All the hoses on my dozer have ends like this. A big nut screws on to hose outer via left had threads, and then the inner one... -

How to remove bad RUST and coat the inside of a Diesel fuel tank on a Case 310f Dozer
So with a tank this size, what do you recommend to shake and rotisserie the tank for an extended period of time? Something mechanical, or just by physically holding the tank and manually doing it. Here is a pic of what the tank looks like. This isnt mine, but the tank looks the same -

There is both, but I need to replace all the rubber hoses. There is like 12 or 14 different hoses. Ya I have a shop in town that can make them, but they cost a ton. I didn't know if there was a place that mass produced lines that would have them at a good price if I bought all of them. -

Thanks for the fast response!, Ya there are a number of products out there, but are made more for the small dirt bike or atv gas tank. You have to be ale to spin it all around to evenly coat the inside. I never thought of using a hammer to dislodge the junk, but how does one flush it out... -
