T320 Bobcat Traction lock solenoid location?

Thank you for replying. That’s the location that bobcat service told me also. Our machine is covered in oil under the cab and I needed it running ASAP so I was trying to get the location so I didn’t have to be under the cab looking very long. It turns out our machine has it hid on the right...

T320 Bobcat Traction lock solenoid location?

So our machine is is throwing an M1607 code. It says "Traction lock hold solenoid open circuit." From what I can see the fuse and relay are good. The button lights up and works just fine. Also the lift and tilt functions work with no issues. So with all that I figure it's a broken wire or...

    lose dozer blade

I've got a Komatsu d65-12 that I had new bushings and pins put in. I took the push arms, supports, and cylinder to a local machinist and told him I wanted super hard bushings and softer pins. He bored everything out to handle a 2" Id bushing and then made me greaseable 2" pins out of regular...

Super dump truck, need info on best power train

3406b for sure:) We've got a 3406b in a 90 Ford dump truck with a port and polished head and a turned up pump. Runs really good not bad on fuel either. 4.33 ratio, 40k rears, and a 13 speed. Around here we can only go 56,000 with one pusher but it'll do 6 to 6.5 mpg if your nice to it and...

Aluminum vs steel dump bed weight

We have always run aluminum Miller and Brady boxes. The biggest problem we have is people who think they can load over or five foot sides with their small skid steers or greenhorn excavator operators. Other than that we haul anything in it, ya just have to be smart about loading it. I do need...

What is the best tri axle dump truck made?

An old Ford with hendrickson suspension and a 3406 Cat. :) It will always out crawl the air ride trucks, and you wont ever have to buy a dash or cab parts. Although if your only running pavement get something with air ride. Your back will thank you.

    T-320 hystat problem

So we have a 2008 T-320 that has around 2600 hours on it and it's the third time the right hystat pump has sheered the shaft off, just above the pump case. The first two times this happened it was still under warranty so the fix was free. Our local dealer couldn't believe it when we rolled up...

    tracks for hills

We've always run the Camoplast SD from Solideal. They are awesome for climbing or running hillsides, but you never get as many hours out of them as you would a stock set of tracks. On our T-300's and T-320 we get any where from 800 to 1000 hours out of them. Never really used them full life...

    komatsu d39p-1 transmission issues

One of the issues I've dealt with is mud and dirt packed in the belly of the machine. The transmission lines will run trough the dirt and heat up after the engine warms up. Also the cable casing is probably getting hot where its laying on the transmission and seizing up the cable.

Komatsu D65ex-12 loading up and stalling

Thanks. I've put around a couple hundred hours on the machine since and no problems to speak of, but its good to hear of the issue you had cause I'm sure someday this will come back when I least expect it.

Komatsu D65ex-12 loading up and stalling

willie59 is right on, its a banjo bolt on the cab side of the lift pump. Just undo it then the screen comes out of the inside of the bolt with a flat blade screwdriver. I deal with this a couple times a year usually. Pretty simple fix its just an annoying that I have to remember when it...

Komatsu D65ex-12 loading up and stalling

I know its been awhile, but since I personally like to find out the answers to questions or problems like this I figure others might also. After talking to some locals and researching all I could we decided to try a TO30 oil over a TO10. I can't say that 100% did it though, because when I...

Komatsu D65ex-12 loading up and stalling

:confused:So I've looked every where to get some ideas on what to look for next. I can push for days and not have any problems, but when i'm done with my job and ready to finish dressing everything, I hook up to a 12' box blade and drag it around. Sometimes for half an hour sometimes half a...
