I was told its the same machine as a CAT EL series , problem is cat parts kids were not even a glimmer in the groin ..
So my dilemma is Hydraulic hoses,, its not "normal" fittings..
anybody know the style / thread pitch ?.

Humm how much water has leaked onto the wire harness and fuse box area ? I have been chasing a lot of poor grounds and connections myself . I been disconnecting the battery when not in use , just don't trust it right now .

that's the first red flag I saw, if you look down the picture there might be a second one.
you can also see the crane cab hit the abutment and the driver got the windshield, hope they had their seat...
I am taking the whole engine drive assembly out as a unit , as you can see the rear engine mounts are on the engine bell housing. there are no mount areas on the engine either .
this is the back of the White/Hercules D298ER I thought the Twin Disk PTO had the mounts on it ,, WaWaWa NOT... are there different bell housing for that engine ? Need some help here PLEASE
OK guys got a 6 cylinder 60 HP Hercules diesel with a #2 bell housing , running now , hope to get to the machine and see what its going to take to transplant it .

As for the P & H ,, pump and hope,, looks like a nice restoration project , dam motors as take outs are worth 2k each
