    Advice on starting out...

I'd go along with what Rob has said. You need to get that CPCS card but that's not going to get you a job! The best route is to get a job on a groundworks firm on the ground, but make them fully aware that you want to be a machine operator. I'm repeating Rob, but watching how machines work and...

    Komatsu PC350LC-8

I don't know the wain roy hitch :beatsme The Masterhitch is the design of the owner of H E Services. It's not widely used on any other machines except those owned by H E Services. It works by two small rams going through two holes in the back of the bucket. Only masterhitch buckets can be used...

    Komatsu PC350LC-8

Your time will come ;) I operate a Daewoo solar 140LCV most of the time, that's a good size of machine, not too big not too small. It's fun running big stuff though, I can't deny that ;) There are a few UK members here, keep looking at the forum and you'll find them:D

    Question for equipment owners/ operators

Why would anyone want to leave a machine open overnight so that they can sit on a wet seat in the morning? :beatsme If I was working on a site where people were leaving machines open with the keys in them I'd be worried some idiot could get in there and trash my machine  I don't even leave...
