    cat 312b sparadic stick prob

when you had the spools out did you see if they would freely move in the control valve? they should fall into place on their own from the top.... try tee-ing pressure gauges into the pilot lines on the top and bottom of the stick spools on the control valve... just to verify you are getting full...

    Cat 320L slow track

no if you swapped the lines and the problem followed it would tell you something in your supply/ control circuit was not working properly.

    Cat 320L slow track

swap the oil lines at the swivel or control valve for the travel circuits, if problem follows you know its not the swivel, if it stays the same then I would start with resealing the swivel like you said.

cat 320c low power under load.

sorry for the late reply... we changed the nozzles and at a stall it brought the engine rpm up to about 1600.... then we pinned each travel motor and watched powershift pressure for each motor directly and found the left side to be way out from the right....right side was at 600psi at stall...

    2007 case ct440 final drive

hello everyone, does anyone know where you can buy final drive parts for these machines? my cousin has 2 of them... the f/d went out of one 2 years ago, it ended up costing 10 grand as you have to buy the track motor/final drive as a unit, which is ridiculious!... I personally did not beleive...

    D3G XL trans problem

I worked on a D4G half a year ago, same simptoms and problems. Went through all the calibrations, tests and so on. Nothing fixed it. I ended up swapping the decel pedal sensor with one I had it my toolbox, and it solved the problem. Not saying its going to solve yours but it may be worth a shot.

    more deere 790 issues

can't you just put a bolt threw and put a nut on the back side? not the proper way to fix it but will be good enough to finish the job and until there is at least nice weather if your working outside.

    Cat 305 / Mits mm55 Weak hydraulics

hey wayne... that serial number is still wrong, the 5 numbers at the end are not as important as the first 3 letters? the 3 letters (prefix) you gave me is for a plate compactor? Anyways there is the proper way to check all 3 of your main releifs using a DSA prefix, and i still dont know if...

    Cat 305 / Mits mm55 Weak hydraulics

hey wayne... that serial number you gave me is for a plate compactor? If you can look again, it should be at the base of the boom infront of the cab. I dont think there is any need to tee into any hoses... Im pretty sure there is test ports on the main pump to check main relief pressure. (I...
