Looking for After Market new or good Used Tracks for 1977 Case 450 Loader

Can anyone tell me where I can locate a good set of used Tracks for a 1977 Case 450 Track Loader. Right, I'm dreaming . How about new After Market Tracks. I'm told they are available for around $2500. That sounds a bit low to me. I would appreciate any leads.

Does anyone own a case d450 track loader ?

Case probably had to add AntiRollback because of some lawyer. If you saw my first posting "Case d 450, anti rollback valve? Do i really need this?" I've been using it for a while now with no problems, so I don't think I do need it at all. My Oliver didn't have it, or ROPS until I had a close...

Does anyone own a case d450 track loader ?

Thats what I thought, but a reply to my previous question indicated that it was dangerious to operate without it. I haven't had a problem. My valve poppet was leaking too, but I replaced the o-ring with a standard 3/8" OD x 1/4" ID O-Ring that I bought at Lowes. It isn't Viton, but it came in...

Does anyone own a case d450 track loader ?

I have the connector link. I could easily make the part, but why re-invent the wheel. I thought the link was connected with threaded rod, not a bolt welded on. How much do you want for it. I have no idea what its worth. I live in Cliffwood beach, NJ 07735. The only other thing I will need...

Does anyone own a case d450 track loader ?

I am in need of the length of the bottom Anti Rollback Bar for a CASE D450 Track Loader. My bar is missing. Its no longer available, not even a drawing with dimentions. My manual has a drawing, but no dimentions. Even if it was available it would be very expensive. All I need is the working...

Case d 450, anti rollback valve? Do i really need this?

MY 1972 CASE D 450 TRACK LOADER has a Rollback valve to keep the bucket level when raised or lowered. It leaks, and I found the the bottom adjusting bar is missing, probably why it leaks in the first place. I can make a new adjusting bar if I really need to , but do I really need it at all...

    Re-Sealing Hydraulic Cylinders?

Thanks for the reply and offer. I just learned that my son has rebuilt cylinders where he works and has access to parts. After reading some of the transmission problem posts. Ive decided to give it a good workout before investing any more into it. It’s a lot more complicated than the 1956...

    Re-Sealing Hydraulic Cylinders?

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I just purchased a 1972 CASE 450D Track Loader. Cash is tight and I have a few things that I want to do before I start to use it to restore my property that was devastated by Hurricane Sandy. Two of the Cylinders leak Hydraulic Fluid, other wise they work fine...
