    I have the same lift you do. I have performed alot of different repairs to mine when I first bought it.. pull the lever (pictured) back or forth and this will manually move your machine or pull a heavy load on the motor if brakes are not releasing.

    ok got out this morning and pulled the flow divider box and found the problem. Someone had routed charge pressure to unlabeled port. That port was suppose to have a check valve assembly cartridge in it and they installed the cartridge assembly in another port and screwed the wrong cap on it...

    no rotating coupler. I replaced all the cartridges in the flow divider last year but going to check it tomorrow anyways. just dont know what kind of flow i should be getting out of the returns on the drive motors.

    disconnected LR port on re-level valve and capped off and the lift did eventually extend mid boom. Tower boom went up first pretty smooth about halfway to its full extension and then when mid boom kicked in, it would move a few inches and then stop but if you keep moving the ground control...
