    Hello Nige, thanks for your input. Ill be hoping no new harness is required as they cost about $10K over here. Its weird that the they have replaced that ECM 4 times in 8500 hours. Will do as you suggest and see how it goes. If we need that schematic Ill be back to you, much appreciated. Cheers

    Finally got back to the loader after sorting out a couple of issues. Fixed the reverse fault code- missing relay. Machine is running very well. Cleaned out the Add blue tank and all the lines and refilled with new fluid. Tested it and then got some dirty fuel / bug which gave us another code...

    We started to look at pulling the fuel lines off the tank but the whole area was full of dirt. So we have gone to basics, removed tanks, fuel and DEF and cleaned filter screens and flushed tank out. Just refitted today. Now to testing the pump. Will have an idea in next couple of days.     Cat 432E transmission problem

    We did not solve it. 8 years and we still drive in 2nd and third gear. We did a lot of tests and all looks good. So next step might be to pull transmission apart but when do we have time!
