    Crane operator mean you are specialized in just crane but construction equipment operator mean specialized in other equipment as well. It is more diversified job. So in my point of view construction equipment operator is a better option. As in heavy equipment only crane is not included but...

    According to my knowledge large and heavy road rollers mean good grinding efficiency. As building of highways involve complicated process so messy road roller would be the best choice. :)

    More lights!!!

    I am agreed with your point of view. Heavy equipment needs additional lights for operating it in dark time. So many times i added additional lights to my equipment in order to avoid any risk.

    Equipment Abuse/Damage

    I am also agreed with your point of view Terrasmooth:) If there are bad operators then certainly there are good one also. but only those operators should be removed from the job who damage the equipment. Punishment should be only for those who commit mistake. :bash
