    New to me 1974 TD8E Support Questions

    I've got a TD8c, bought it cheap, did a lot of work to the clutches and brakes, not too hard to work on but the parts were hugh $, one side $1400. and not a lot to them, you can get all the parts from the dealer including manuals.

    Anyone ever try a magnetic heater on their wheel loader transmission?

    I tried one of those heaters on my 544 Deere, didn't work all that good, I too was worried about it catching fire.

    Looking for my first backhoe. Thinking of a Case 580

    I have had several case backhoes over the years, would be a good choice, parts are available, stay away from any "G" modles, these are gray market I think and parts would be harder to find.
