ok so i have a full cab, poly door. I know they need to be cleaned often i have an industrial air compressor. The disc munchers are cool but the finish product is probably going to be more chunky than desired in some cases and as far as running it into the ground at all not sure it would hold...- farmin

kicking around the idea of getting one for farm and hired work. have 299 high flow not xhp. Does anyone on here have experience with Denis Cimaf and or Fecon heads. looking at cleaning up buckthorn and underbrush 6" and less usually. to ground level at least. The line runs within the trans case but where it exits on either end there is valves that bolt right to case I would assume using a gasket and that it all that seals it. I should run down to the cat shop this week and take a look at it. See if I maybe can’t tig weld it because this is getting... -

Follow up from: d5h trans/pump cont. My dozer broke a hard line in the trans end of march. With help from many on here i found the problem. Cat got the part within a day or 2 but had to request the special "swedging tool" from Peoria Headquarter which was supposed to be 2 weeks. Well it took... -
Serial lookup request, D6r XW series 3 input
Looking at a 2007 D6R XW. Serial CAT00D6RCMRT00521 . Anyone have experience or input on these machines? Where are they built ? Emissions? Reliability? It has 8k hours . Nice looking cat undercarriage , clean well taken care of it looks and a winch . Thank you -

I found a broken line inside just like your talking about. Just used a flashlight and blew some air through hose. Going to pull the trans soon. I assume to replace the hard line I need to pull filter manifold and steer/clutch control manifold off front of case or how are these hard lines... -

Ok I have checked the pressure tap at steering and brake control valve and had no pressure. Would those lines you picture in the housing be on top or at front side of machine? I assume front since priority valve is there -

Took pump off today, disassembled. Appears perfect. Took pump drive assembly out of torque converter case also appears excellent. Pump to main case suction hose is perfect. I might slap that back on and try the block off plate I guess! One question, could I take the priority valve spool right... -

Checked pressure at steering/brake control valve. Nothing. Checked pressure at filter head had about 35-50psi at mid idle. Oil won’t even run out p1-p2 ports just open running which I assume is because priority valve doesn’t have enough pressure to open up to them. -
