    613b elevator flight wear

Thank you all for the quick replies. Grouser bar is what i had planned to use to build them up. I didn't know what size to use because i don't know how wide they were to start with. They are down to the weld now. I was thinking to extend them about an inch.

    clutch adjustment on 8LL

might even be easier depending on how old your 855 was. The newer clutches you just push in and turn (similar to a slack adjuster) to adjust freeplay unlike the old ones that you had to remove a tab and then use a special tool (or prybar) to turn the ring. your essentially doing the same thing...

    Steer Tires

i agree with tireman. I have run all three of his recommendations (and a few others) on my triaxle and they are the three best i have tried.. I would use the m843s if i was mostly in the dirt and the xzy if i was mostly on the road. i liked the xzy3 but not enough to justify the premium over...

    17.5 tires

:iagree and don't forget expensive and hard to find ( i don't know if anyone even makes 11.00x15s anymore). Operating temp i believe is the reason so many people have bad results with 15 inch tires. to make things worse they are mount right up against those tiny little (therefore usually very...

    17.5 tires

I thought loaded radius was a better way to compare heights than diameter specifically because different brands do flex differently, and a change in radius will reflect (1 to 1) the change in ride height. check out these links and let me know what you think...

    17.5 tires

"Same load carrying capacities." that is not what the ratings say. A 10.00r15 is rated for nearly 1900 lbs per tire more dual than a 215/75/17.5. I know they will bolt up and yes you can get 235s and 245s, but i have never seen any 17.5 tire rated anywhere close to 6395 lbs dual. if there...

standard forge is now imt you can find their parts catalog on their website. I have two 70s talbert trailers and they both use the a21 style (749 inner, 643 outer bearings) spindle. What parts do you need exactly? Are those 15" or 20" spoke hubs?
