    MSHA, who deals with em?

    got my annual inspection this week. no violations. in the seven years or so that they have been coming here I have never had a violation, except the first time. that one was free luckily. I have a wash plant they look at. they all seem to be decent guys, still hate seeing them pull up though.

    Bear, Clean those tags in your first pic and see what the serial no. is. Idling engine will not ruin turbo bearings. Is the turbo leaking oil? As for the shifting, take off floorboard and look at all the balljoints in the linkage. They may be worn out. Do you have trouble getting it in or out...

    950 cat wheel loader

    950 Mark I have a 950 that does the same thing. My problem came from pulling it around when it wasn't running.
