    That sounds like a unlucky break , Dave was right about the filter and the screen in the bottom of the transmission pan. I would clean the screen , and replace the filter up top. a little trash can stop up the small ports and lines , also it may take a little more engine rpm to get it going ...

    I know that you mean about the bolts , I had my cat up on blocks , used a come along to turn the track , axcess hole next to the sprocket , need a super long extinction , to get past the track . One thing I did learn , was the new brake liner was very stiff , and I need to read visit mine...

    Hello sir , I hope you are having a great Christmas . You have to adjust the top and bottom at the same time . There is a leaver that can wear to oblong hole , and some have a bearing that can wear . always a good idea to look over the linkage . good luck , sam .

    That is a good deal of work , one thing is to get the band a just ed to be right . I did not when I reinstalled mine , the ajustment bolt on the new brake was not enough , wating for spring to do a better job , and go tight it up, have fun .

    D3B Starter

    I agree those starters are a Payne, i had trouble with mine, finally after taking it out 3 times, found a bad wire. Not enough juice getting to the starter, ran a new red wire to the switch. Good luck with the fix, it's very frustrating when things don't work correctly.

    Most starters can be rebuilt, also ck The ground just above the starter, it's hard to see, on the fire wall and on the backside. Also sometimes the cable that is grounded to battery is loose in the connector, making you think the starter Is bad.

    I would look for someone that can line bore or look on iron planet or other equipment sites for a good used bucket, or a great welder can help a lot.

    I have been there too , but the price for professional work is expensive , if you have any problems it's back to them. At least you have done your best. hope it's not to cold there.

    Hi Dave , I know that you mean about the gland nut , and I was reluctant to put the large pipe wrench on. I spent a lot on tools to work on repairs , some times it's best left to the pros.

    Hi Dave , I used a 4ft. pipe wrench , and a lot of wd40 on the thread , broke one chain wrench , and found a new chain wrench that worked out . ,l used a come along to pull out the shaft , and it was not to hard to fix, but keep it clean as possible
