    ATCO, I think he means that if the bucket cylinder isn't fully retracted, and he lifts the machines weight with the bucket, the bucket cylinder/circuit is leaking down. That's what it sounds like to me... what do you think?

    Link Belt excavator ?

    The first picture looks pretty much identical to another machine not too far from here, that's been sitting for about five years. I am pretty sure the model number on the side is LS-4300. I'll take a picture of it next time I go by.

    Do you have any pictures of the machine? I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to see. :) Particularly under the inspection cover. I've never been into a swing assembly myself, but would like to see nevertheless.
