    Komatsu PC120-6

The guys are having trouble with the pump regulator, they are trying to track another second hand one down. The machine was really slow before rebuild, the cradle, cam and rod were really worn, rest of the pump mint though. 7000 hour machine. They can either get good flow and no pressure...

    Komatsu PC120-6

Hi Guys, Hopefully somebody can help me. Just had the pump rebuilt on this digger and the hydraulic guys are saying the engine is down about 20% in power. Hooked a boost gauge up to the inlet manifold and measured 3 PSI at full throttle. With the lack of waste gate on the turbo I was...

    2012 Takeuchi TB 250

Good machines, a TB145 is better, however a 1500 hour TB145 would be a rear find. I have had takeuchi's for years and no real problems, except for the new 250 which is waiting for a shuttle valve, but you get the odd thing with new machines. Highly recommend though

John C you were right. I spent a few hours on monday looking at things and found a merchanic ex Komatsu. He came out today. The digger I have is an early one and the load senseing valve is on the pump, the shaft between the solinoid and the working inside of the valve had very minor scoring...

    Komatsu pc120-6

Guys, I've only had this digger for 6 months, it hasn't done much work in the last 10 years. When I first got it, sometimes the hydraulics would operate at half speed even though the engine was still running at full throttle, but it would only do this for a second or two. It went away after...

    Sumitomo sh120-3

Thanks guys. I hear what you're saying about caterpillar. I don't think the next machine will be a cat, although what I will say is that old 312 could shift more dirt than any modern hitachi, easy...

    Sumitomo sh120-3

    Cat 312A lifting capasity chart

Thanks for that, I don't have the serial number on me, but from memory it's 6GK 00693, will get it tomorrow. It has a 3 meter dipper arm and 600 shoes. It's just for a job that the builders can't get a crane close enough to the site to lift in some small precast pannels without building a...
