    Parking Brake stuck ON

There is a panel on left side of center console with Fuses. Then on top of the center console is a tray/panel that pops off. Under there is relays. Think both panels usually have what fuse/relay is what.

2007 267B Cat track loader LEFT TRACK TURNS, RIGHT DOES NOT

Usually its the sun shaft in the final drive. Especially if it sounds like the pump is engaging or changing the sound of engine at all. When walking other side does it freewheel? That would be an easy way to tell. The brake in the travel motor should have it locked tight.

Deutz engine shutdown every 10 minutes

Sounds like its electronically shutting itself off? There is a Run solenoid that could cause this. The water temp, oil press, several things could do it also. Think i would find this solenoid 1st. Think its on left side (looking from front) top, rear. Check wires with multi-meter and see if...

    650j jd dozer

That is "Increased Resistance Or Inductance Detected In Fuel Injection Circuit" There is 2 wires that plug in to rear of injection pump. Directly in middle of back end where fuel injection lines come out. That plug will loosen up. The cap that the harness plugs into will cause a problem as well...

    diagnostic codes

The f9c3 is MDU not receiving CAN messages from the ECU. I have ran into that 1 before. The CAN wires go from ecu to mdu. also to monitor and the Service Advisor plug-in. It is the 3 communication wires that is always together. Think even twisted? They are black, yellow and green. Just before...

    caterpillar D6H Hydralic Cylinder

Yep....thats it!! a sharp chisel between gland and threads will knock it loose!!

    caterpillar D6H Hydralic Cylinder

Yea.....this pic is for a gland that screws into the barrel. His sounds like a big lock/screw/cap that screws on outside of barrel and gland just slides in. They freeze up in there pretty tight sometimes. My post above should do the trick!!

    caterpillar D6H Hydralic Cylinder

The gland fits in canister tight. A sharp chisel will get it moving for you. Be carefull around threads obviously. Clean the area about 1" from start of threads....should be able to see where it will seperate.

    D7H Transmission Heating up

I would still want to see inside that pump my good man.

    D7H Transmission Heating up

Them transmission pumps are bad about causing this problem. With all the work you have already done it would not hurt to pull it and tear down for inspection. What happens is this Direct Displacement pump is good enough to supply good pressure for brakes..then transmission...then the it starts...

    jim mcd

Is that a 210C? Is it the Reverser? If it is the component directly behind the engine...that is supplied with hydraulic oil. The forward or reverse pack/piston seals must be leaking and over filling? The transmission is a part of the rear axle and if i remember correctly it's shift shafts are...

    D21P-6 Komatsu

Push down on both brake petals an be sure they are off the bottom at least an inch or 2. If not the brakes need to be adjusted. While pushing against a load of dirt and you attempt to steer left....does the left track stop spinning?

    D6D Steering Clutch/Brake Problem

The standard adjustment procedure is just the way Bob describes it above. Sometimes they need a little tweeking though. Mash down on both brake pedals an see if they hit the floor. If they do you need to pull cover (as Bob described) an tighten each side up til both pedals are a couple inches...

D31p-17 Drive Sprocket and Track Questions

Not sure if you looked at both sides....every once in a while you run across a master pin that only has that dimple on 1 side. If you already looked at both sides and see nothing someone might have short tracked it at 1 time ans installed with a regular pin. The master pins of course are only...

    Cleaning your dozer

Fact is that you don't have to clean it daily. Just by shoveling out the dirt every day you are doing more than some people are. Of course if you do it daily it will be alot less cleaning necessary. I would keep digging out the main dirt like you are and wash once at the end of the week. Then be...

    Komatsu D31P-18 transmission strainer

If i remember correctly there is only 1 plug under rear of main frame and both sides share this drain plug. There is an oil galley that goes infront of bevel gear case that transfers the oil. The trans strainer is self explanitory. The pic is hard to see but surely u can find it with this. Hope...
