We have swapped out wide pads for narrower ones on a D6M without any issue. Helped prevent shoe breakage.

    Wash Bay

One thing to take into consideration is the odor. We had a million dollar wash bay at a project that was environmentally friendly. The water was reused for the most part but the smell in the building was terrible. You can't beat a hot water washer though sure keeps things clean.

    ASV RC85 Issues

Thanks, I looked at that previously in this thread. While it has information regarding joystick assy. It does not show handle D&A. Or whether switches are replaceable or not. Is it safe to assume that the whole handle needs to be changed then?

    ASV PT80

I am not sure on the PT80 but on my RC60 behind rear wall panel is serial number on the frame. To get to this you have to remove seat and interior panel. For the wiring schematic you are best to call ASV directly they are quite helpful and good to speak with. They would likely know of possible...

Once removed adjustment can be made, tighten until stop then back out 1 1/2 turns (9 clicks). It is likely a bit tight to...

    Salvage machines

I know this may be slightly off topic from op. But I am wondering is there any salvage yards in Canada that carry ASV? I am currently looking for a decent hood. The one I have is not cost effective to repair. I have called the listing on Machinery Trader with no luck (hood is sold). I did come...

    D7E 48A

No big issue to switch to starter. As long as there are pre-drilled holes on the flywheel housing. If not takes a bit of time to center drive housing and drill and tap mounting holes. Other than that pretty straight forward. Remove all items associated with pup motor if desired. Put another...

Any tricks for getting a blade center pin out?

If you are well versed with a gouger, it could work. Generally a lance or exothermic torch is best for pin removal. Usually gouge best for cutting welds or removing material on a flat surface. When cutting into pin have same problem as oxy/act torch and material will want to pool. This is were...
