large snake hanging from an excavator

No reason to believe this is a fake. A hoe that size could pick 10,000-15,000 lbs easy. The bucket is definately bigger than 36" I would say it's at least 48".

Post Hole Auger For A Mini X

I have a Bobcat auger for my 341 mini that I can swap with my Bobcat skid steer. Works super nice. 36" bit is not a problem. We've drilled hundreds of light pole bases this year. They were all 6' deep and no problem. We prefer to run it on the mini vs. the skid steer actually.

    Ripper

The great thing about skid steers these days is the quick tach so why have a contraption tied on to the back of your skid steer that would affect working in tight places, loading, unloading, accessing engine for maintenance, extra hydraulics, etc, when you can just quick tach onto a set of...

    Volvo Snow Wing

Thanks for the info. I did find out that it is a Volvo made snow wing. The reason it was so confusing is because Volvo didn't make one for the G900 series but the one I got bolted right on to my 09 G946. I had a "mystery bracket" that confused me for the longest time but what we figured out...

    Volvo Snow Wing

Does anybody know if Volvo ever made a factory snow wing for the g900 series? I have a G946 and my salesman said he had a snow wing laying out back that came off a Volvo grader but didn't know where it came from or what model it came off. No one seemed to know anything about it. So we thought...

    Control tower demo

Hey Guys, I am looking at a site work job that has some demo. Couple little buildings and a 9 story airport control tower. It is only about 20x20 but it is 110' tall. The first story is core-filled CMU and after that it is all steel. Any ideas on the best way to get it down? I was...

    Volvo G946

Hey Guys, I just bought a Volvo G946 blade and so far I am very happy with it. Anyone have any experience adding a front lift group for a dozer or a V-plow? It doesn't have extra bank of hydraulics for it now and I was wondering if it was hard or expensive (or both) to add the hydraulics...

    Cat vs. Volvo

I have a C series volvo with only 800 hours but it's been smooth sailing. Great machine with good power, great fuel economy, and lots of creature comforts.
