case 621 slow to get moving

My 621 has to run 30 minutes every morning before it will move and then it's very slow until the motor is warm. Runs OK then but still doesn't seem to push as well as it used to. Thinking I might drain and replace the tranny oil and see what happens. ZF transmission.

Are JCB 214s & 215s with AWS any good?

We have a JCB dealer not too far away so I've been looking at the all wheel steer loaders. Seems like they would ride nicer and maybe push better than their conventional counterparts. More moving parts concerns me but at least they have the same tire size all the way around.

Anyone ever try a magnetic heater on their wheel loader transmission?

Been looking at these : http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200339107_200339107 The reviews are mixed. The theory is good. Keeping the tranny warm would sure get my loader moving better in winter.

    Case 621 tranny questions

Do you guys recommend a tranny heater like this - http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200339107_200339107 Should a guy just leave it plugged in 24/7 in winter? I use my loader twice a day to feed cattle.

    Case 621 tranny questions

My old 621 has always needed to run a while to get the transmission oil warm enough to move well. Lately though it takes even longer, doesnt move as well, and when it is warm doesnt push well at all. I decided I would change the tranny oil and filter. I have only had this loader a couple of...
