    pond overflow ideas

Hey monkey, you wouldnt need to cement it shut just put a gate valve or shear gate on the end of the pipe. Check out ponddampiping.com, it will give you a few ideas and options, you can also check out the different valves available. If you put in a conventional style thru-dam system be sure...

Have you ever dug up a bee's nest?

I usually have good luck leaving the machine running and bail off, yellow jackets tend to go for heat and noise so they start around the engine. If you notice it quick enough and high tail it you can usually make it out unharmed. Please note that gatorguy will not be responsible for any...

Takeuchi TL150 Sporadic Fuel delivery problem

Also be sure to remove and clean the water separator, sometimes it will get clogged. Usually there will be a noticeable power loss.

Takeuchi TL150 Sporadic Fuel delivery problem

The coolant sensor can also cause random shutdown with even the slightest bubble but I find it usually occurs going uphill and tends to act like fuel problems on the restart, you can ground out the circuit and test it to rule out this problem. Are any lights on the gauge pod flashing once it...

    Aftermarket vs. OME rubber tracks?

In most cases you get what you pay for, I went the cheap way on a previous set of tracks and i will never do it again. I recommend to everyone I can McClaren Next Gen TDF. They are priced the same as factory tracks (on my takeuchi anyway) but performance is way better. Less vibration and more...

Now this is how to demolish houses

It was a Deere J-series, I believe a 750. the lockout has to be down to start the you have to raise the lockout to be able to move. And its from Hertz, is that bad publicity for them or free advertisement? Regardless the newscaster did a terrible job of covering this story.

    Crying in my beer!

The insurance company will generally pull a bluff like that, once they turn you down spend a little money and have your lawyer write them a letter. 90% of the time they will fold and pay in full, send you an apology and blame the whole thing on some misunderstanding. My insurance has pulled a...

    Birthday present to myself

Hey RonG the dodge was just a little too big and clumsy to be an everyday driver, plus it ate tires. I tried having a small nissan to drive when not hauling but cramming my long legs in and out all day got old fast. I did nothing but mulching and bucket work the first year, however in the...

Excavator lack of power- hydraulic issue or engine?

First thing I would do is change the fuel filter/filters and maybe add some fuel additive. I have seen the described symptoms caused by both a clogged filter and ultra-low sulfer fuel in an older engine. Try that and let us know what happens thanks wesley
