    14G park brake.

Pulled the trans replaced park brake frictions, did nothing else to trans, reinstalled & now only have 3rd & 7th. Both gears work fine fwd & rev, all other gears the trans binds up and tries to stall engine. Any idea's?

    Case 621B transmission problem

Been many years since I worked on these, but posted alot in the past. If the TCU sees a shift solenoid out of ohm range, the TCU shuts off & loader stops. Inching circuit is good place to start.

    Possible over seas salvage yards?

Yes, articulating haul truck. 966c axles. 980b drive train. They used a special output yoke on transfer case to adapt the 980 to 966 series u-joints.

    Deere 544J monitor panel

Good news. Love unplugging something, plugging in new one & everything works.

    544H Transmission R&R labor

Should be a ZF tag on trans, get model # and type Zf industrial into Google & call around. It's not a huge job.
  9. Q

2.2 Liter Meecedes Diesel engine problems

Hold the throttle half open when it starts knocking & crack lines open. Should be able to narrow it down. I have the om616 in a 82 240d.
  10. Q

    Case 621B brake pressure light

No, I'm going off long term memory. I'm pretty sure there is a small pump on front of engine, this runs your brake system. Follow the small line under cab and you should find sender. Unplug sender & try a jump wire.
  11. Q

    Case 621B brake pressure light

Your buzzer is part of control panel, I can't remember for sure where the Pressure sender is. I think it's close to brake accumulator.
  12. Q

No Hydraulics to lift the bucket Case 621 loader.

I went back to the link & thought what poor b*****d has to keep 5 of these running? Then realized it was me from 6+ years ago. I have not worked on one of these for awhile now. Looks like he had a pump fail & filled the system with debris.
  13. Q

    Deere 544J monitor panel

I had one doing it on a 624j, ended up being the panel.
  14. Q

case 621 plain with zf trans how to check transmission

Most the 621's have zf's, there is a serial # break on the 1st 621's. They built many more late 621's (with zf's) than early clark ones.

    Smallest compressor for service truck

Really depends on what your doing, I have a Honda 9hp wheel barrow, it works well enough for what I do. I charge half of what the dealer's do, there is no way I'm going to have a truck & equipment to match what they have. Over head will kill you faster than having to wait for air to build up...

Looking to buy a Loader. Advice?

A model 621 or 721 case would be good, would stay away from the b models.
  17. Q

Hyundai HL770 has no 3rd or 4th gear

I work on a 770-7, has digital dash with rpm guage. Will run up above 2200rpms & has little trouble getting there with almost 13k hours on the clock.
  18. Q

    621 case forwward reverse lever

Case service manuals are hard to come by, the shifter is very basic once you get a good look at it.
  19. Q

    621 case forwward reverse lever

If it is a straight 621 & it should be in 91, the switch is all mechanical. All micro switches inside, can clean them or might have one going bad.
