Chaining the blade
I think binding the tracks on a excavator tends to bend and damage them. I see guys do it all the time but the more i think about it the more i think its the wrong way!- ftb

Opinions on a Volvo ECR88.
I have a ecr88 from 06 and have had no problems what so ever. Its been an incredible machine. But good luck with the one you purchased.- ftb

if you look clearly at picture above there are no steel track gouchers that the pads are bolted to its all one unit (chain style track pad.- ftb

interested if anyone uses pads for there excavators? which manufacture would you recommend? I would rather pay more for quality and long lasting. They will be going on a cat 315cl around 32,000lb. are they all bolt on? what would be the pros and cons most our work is in residential property...- ftb

GUYs! Need advice please
In the market and need to make a decision in a zero turn excavator that is around 34,000lb. My question is do i get the 8'2" stick of the 9'10" stick what are the pros and cons and your personaly advice as an operator? Keep in mind it will be equiped with a hydrolic thumb (500lb).
